Experienced Software Engineer needed to lead the design and development of agentic customer-facing products and the DataOps analytics platform. Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and production deployment of LLM-based features. Requires 5+ years coding, TypeScript/Python expertise, cloud experience, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Take a leading role in the design and development of agentic, customer-facing products for enterprise customers.
- Design and own the DataOps and analytics platform, including pipelines, services, and data models.
- Independently lead work end-to-end through the full development cycle: research, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production ownership.
- Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on coding and software design experience.
- Significant experience with TypeScript and/or Python.
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of large-scale cloud services design and production deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience building and shipping LLM-based features used by real users.
- Ability to collaborate and meet aggressive goals with high quality.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL and relational, analytical, or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and Linux.
- Data engineering at scale: Airflow, Snowflake modeling, streaming, or large data volumes.
- Experience with React.
- Performance and scale testing.
