Join a healthcare AI company’s clinical value team to build reliable data foundations, analytical infrastructure, and reusable tools for evaluating products across real-world clinical and operational settings. The role is hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel, and combines analytics engineering with hands-on1.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data infrastructure for clinical value analyses, including models, pipelines, analytical layers, and tools
- Implement complex clinical value applications across products, customers, and real-world data environments
- Develop scalable and reusable analytical frameworks
- Identify data-quality issues, technical bottlenecks, and repetitive processes, then automate improvements
- Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and technical teams to establish maintainable data practices
- Lead selected analyses of complex clinical and operational datasets
- Work with customer-facing and go-to-market teams to support value demonstrations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or engineering discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or technical analytics
- Advanced Python and SQL skills
- Experience building production data models, pipelines, and analytical layers
- Experience with dbt, Airflow, or similar orchestration and transformation tools
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS
- Understanding of data modeling, data quality, testing, and maintainability practices
- Experience integrating AI coding tools or agents into development workflows
- Ability to independently analyze complex datasets and communicate meaningful findings
- Ability to translate ambiguous analytical needs into robust technical frameworks
