Lead a data engineering team to drive technical strategy, design scalable data pipelines, and enforce data governance for a pioneering AI-powered vehicle inspection platform. Own the data analytics platform and ensure data integrity to maximize strategic value.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical strategy and roadmap for data engineering
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance data pipelines
- Establish data governance framework with quality standards and security
- Enhance and optimize data analytics platform and infrastructure
- Manage complete data lifecycle from ingestion to reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years data engineering experience with cloud data warehouses
- 3+ years leadership experience
- Expertise in data orchestration frameworks like Airflow and DBT
- Deep database knowledge including schema design and query optimization
- Solid understanding of cloud data services (AWS, GCP) and streaming platforms (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
- Fluent in Python and SQL with backend development focus
- Excellent communication skills
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent
