We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join a government security agency in Tel Aviv. You will build and maintain data pipelines using modern technologies like Python, Kafka, Kubernetes, Hadoop, and cloud platforms. Requires 5+ years of experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or data systems development
- Proficiency in Python and Java
- Experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing
- Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift (OCP) for container management
- Familiarity with Big Data systems such as Hadoop and Vertica
- Experience with Elasticsearch for log and data analytics
- Experience with Oracle and Redis
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP, including services like S3, EC2, BigQuery, and Cloud Functions
- Experience with AI-driven tools such as Kero, Claude Code, and MCP
- Ability to integrate AI models into data pipelines for predictive analytics and automation
