Responsible for analyzing and optimizing solar energy asset performance through data analytics, monitoring systems, and contractor oversight. Generate reports, investigate underperformance, and lead enhancement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor asset performance using advanced monitoring and SCADA systems, generating periodic reports for management.
- Analyze real-time and historical generation data against production forecasts to identify gaps and anomalies.
- Conduct deep-dive data investigations to isolate underperformance and detect negative trends.
- Track long-term technical KPIs against organizational targets and contractor guarantees.
- Initiate and manage performance-enhancement processes, including technical and economic feasibility analyses.
- Review and audit periodic technical reports from external O&M and EPC contractors.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, Industrial & Management, Data Engineering) or related quantitative field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and analytics.
- High proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools.
- High-level English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with SCADA systems or advanced monitoring platforms.
- Strong technical understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems.
- Experience with predictive modeling and simulation software such as PVsyst.
