Analyst responsible for improving operational and business processes through data analysis, report development in Priority, data quality management, and integration between MES and ERP, leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Specify, develop, and improve reports and controls in the Priority system according to organizational needs.
  • Analyze data and identify gaps, shortages, and mismatches in information managed in systems.
  • Responsible for data improvement, maintenance, and quality control in organizational information systems.
  • Manage and support interfaces between Priority and the MES production floor management system, ensuring reliability and synchronization.
  • Identify and address data gaps and faults in reporting and control processes between production systems and ERP.
  • Examine and improve operational processes along the supply chain from planning to execution in production.
  • Work regularly with engineering, procurement, production, logistics, quality, and information systems departments.
  • Lead projects for business process improvement and implementation of system solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Logistics, or a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a role in industrial engineering, information systems, organization and methods, or supply chain.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes, production, and material planning.
  • Experience working with Priority system, including report specification and data analysis.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and lead process improvements.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or interfaces between operational systems and ERP systems is a significant advantage.
