Junior HR BI Analyst
Support human resources decision-making by analyzing workforce data, building reliable datasets and dashboards, and delivering actionable insights for managers and HR teams.
Responsibilities
- Define, design, and build human resources metrics
- Create reliable, standardized datasets from multiple data sources
- Build Power BI and Excel dashboards for managers and HR teams
- Analyze workforce trends including compensation, benefits, headcount, turnover, recruitment, and employee data
- Support annual compensation processes, salary budgeting, incentive programs, metrics, and targets
- Prepare and present gender pay gap analysis
- Improve data quality and perform data accuracy checks
- Define and produce ad hoc reports
- Collaborate with compensation and benefits teams on ongoing projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, business administration, or industrial engineering and management
- At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong experience building dashboards with Power BI or other BI tools
- Experience analyzing and presenting data clearly and systematically
Nice to have
- SQL-based data analysis experience
- Experience with compensation and benefits or human resources analytics
