Lead and mentor data analysts to deliver business insights through dashboards, reports, and predictive models using SQL, Power BI, and BusinessObjects, partnering with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts
- Drive end-to-end analytical projects and initiatives
- Develop and implement data analysis methodologies and best practices
- Build, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and predictive models
- Generate actionable business insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience managing a team of Data Analysts
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Hands-on experience with BusinessObjects (BO) and Power BI
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience in insurance or financial services industry
- Experience with Databricks and/or BigQuery
