Responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, building reports, and providing actionable recommendations to support business division goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing operational and analytical support to business division departments.
- Support departmental processes, manage professional knowledge, and recommend actions.
- Analyze data and trends, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Detect anomalous events early and initiate improvement processes.
- Build reports and decision-support processes to meet divisional targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, or Statistics.
- At least 1 year of experience as an analyst.
- Proven experience in analytics.
- Experience with SQL.
- Full proficiency in Office, particularly Excel.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of business sales domains.
- Experience in call centers or sales.
- Familiarity with Business Objects (BO).
