Responsibilities

Generate integrated commercial insights by combining internal and external data to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
Own and develop sales analytics, targeting, segmentation, KPI tracking, and business intelligence reporting to support field force effectiveness.
Partner with Marketing and Customer Excellence teams to build consumer analytics capabilities leveraging digital, social, DTC, and PSP data.
Design, maintain, and improve BI dashboards and reporting solutions for stakeholders.
Contribute to AI-enabled analytics and insight generation while supporting data quality, governance, and process improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, market insights, sales force effectiveness, or consumer analytics.
Advanced experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, including dashboard development and managing multiple data sources.
Strong business acumen to translate data into clear narratives, recommendations, and measurable actions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders in a matrix organization.

Nice to have

Master's degree.
Experience with market research, consumer analytics, digital marketing data, social media analytics, AI-enabled analytics tools, or automation solutions.
Pharmaceutical commercial operations or healthcare analytics experience.
