As a Business Operations Analyst, you will partner with Sales Ops, P2P, and leadership to deliver analytical support, design dashboards, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights. You'll ensure data quality and enable data-driven decision-making across the function in a fast-moving AI cloud platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytics support to Operations teams (Sales Ops, P2P, leadership) based on business needs.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for key metrics and business performance.
- Support definition and tracking of KPIs across operational domains, ensuring consistency.
- Ensure data reliability and quality, partnering with Data teams on integrity issues.
- Deliver fast, high-quality ad hoc analysis for strategic and operational decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in business analytics, operations analytics, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business insights.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with Tableau and other BI tools.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize requests.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy; ability to distill complex data into clear executive summaries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Sales Ops, Finance Ops, or Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Familiarity with SQL or data querying.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zip).
- Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments.
