Join a major utility company in Haifa to manage data and develop BI solutions. Responsibilities include data repository management, real-time data integration, dashboard development, data analysis, and leveraging AI technologies. Requires 2+ years experience in BI, SQL, Tableau, and proficiency in Hebrew and English. Hybrid work model offered.
Responsibilities
- Organize, manage, and develop operational and maintenance data repositories in the production division.
- Work with real-time data infrastructures such as PI System and APM systems.
- Build product trees and orderly data structures in collaboration with professional and operational teams.
- Develop and provide data to managers and employees – reports, dashboards, and display screens.
- Analyze data and transform raw data into decision-support information.
- Work with advanced BI tools, with emphasis on Tableau.
- Collaborate with IT, OT, cybersecurity, maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.
- Participate in end-to-end divisional IT projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems / Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in data analysis / BI / data management.
- Experience with BI systems, including Tableau / Power BI.
- Experience with databases, logical models, and data organization.
- Background and experience with LLM, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Native-level Hebrew.
- High-level English (reading, writing, speaking).
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant training in Data Analytics / BI / AI.
- Familiarity with OT systems and real-time data.
- Familiarity with APM, PI System, SAP systems.
- Knowledge of advanced analysis tools.
- Understanding of Data Governance principles, data quality, and information security.
