Leading Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-rise residential and pharmaceutical projects in Dublin. Responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Lead and manage teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders effectively.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
- Experience delivering large-scale projects, ideally high-rise residential or pharma.
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial management skills.
