Responsible for managing road maintenance projects, including overseeing daily site operations, coordinating resources and subcontractors, monitoring progress, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring quality and cost control. Requires a Civil Engineering background and 3-5 years experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Manage site resources (labor, materials, equipment)
- Coordinate sub-contractors and suppliers
- Ensure work aligns with project plans, specs, and schedules
- Monitor progress and update senior management
- Enforce health and safety protocols
- Conduct site inspections and address safety concerns
- Ensure quality standards are met and address issues
- Maximize productivity, minimize waste, and track costs
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and stakeholders
- Lead site meetings and collaborate on budgets and cost control
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of construction management experience, with road project focus
- Strong proficiency in project management tools
- Full driving license
