Project Manager
Oversee hardware product revision projects, driving cost reduction, efficiency, and technology upgrades. Coordinate between R&D and manufacturing, manage project schedules and resources, and ensure strategic alignment. Requires engineering degree, 1-3 years project management experience, and fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Manage hardware product revision projects from concept to end-of-life.
- Identify and drive high-ROI continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Implement technology upgrades, reliability enhancements, and manufacturability improvements.
- Coordinate project scheduling, resource allocation, and team task definition.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between R&D, Manufacturing, and other teams.
- Support manufacturing preparation and transition of revised products.
- Ensure project alignment with market strategy and business objectives.
- Conduct basic engineering design changes such as EOL part replacement and RoHS conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Project organization and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and open to learning and development.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Several years of industry experience in electronics manufacturing.
