Oversee hardware product revision projects, driving cost reduction, efficiency, and technology upgrades. Coordinate between R&D and manufacturing, manage project schedules and resources, and ensure strategic alignment. Requires engineering degree, 1-3 years project management experience, and fluent English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage hardware product revision projects from concept to end-of-life.
  • Identify and drive high-ROI continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Implement technology upgrades, reliability enhancements, and manufacturability improvements.
  • Coordinate project scheduling, resource allocation, and team task definition.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between R&D, Manufacturing, and other teams.
  • Support manufacturing preparation and transition of revised products.
  • Ensure project alignment with market strategy and business objectives.
  • Conduct basic engineering design changes such as EOL part replacement and RoHS conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Project organization and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and open to learning and development.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Several years of industry experience in electronics manufacturing.
