Category Manager Apple

Responsibilities
- Implement the business unit strategy to drive profitable growth and market share.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies in collaboration with pricing and profitability teams.
- Analyze market and business data with the business intelligence team to identify opportunities.
- Manage the full product and supplier lifecycle, including product setup, data maintenance, and contract management.
- Serve as the primary operational and commercial contact for Apple, fostering strong partnerships.
- Identify and drive process improvements in existing business and operational workflows.
- Ensure consistent use of CRM and business systems for efficient processes and business continuity.
- Contribute to quarterly planning and joint business plans with the manufacturer.
Requirements
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High level of self-responsibility, accountability, and organizational talent.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in business planning with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
- Commercial acumen and a good sense of market and business developments.
- Professional experience in the IT industry, ideally in category management, purchasing, product management, product marketing, or business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with SAP R/3, Business Warehouse, or comparable ERP and reporting systems.
- Fluent German and English skills.
