Product Marketing Specialist
Join the digital products team of a global consultancy to drive go-to-market strategy for a SaaS portfolio. You will own full-funnel marketing plans, shape product positioning, and collaborate across product and marketing teams to generate pipeline and awareness.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a full-funnel marketing plan for the product portfolio in collaboration with marketing and key stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives including campaigns, customer-facing assets, events, account-based marketing, and social media, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Partner with Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle to shape positioning, value messaging, and go-to-market plans based on customer insight, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Establish KPIs for all marketing activities, monitor performance, and translate insights into recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Research industry trends, competitor positioning, and market developments to inform strategy.
- Support and conduct win/loss analyses to understand product strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop sales enablement materials and customer-facing content that effectively communicate the product value proposition.
- Build strong working relationships across product, global/regional marketing, and specialist teams to drive clarity and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in product marketing, product management, or B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within a software company.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS sales channels and professional services marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and plan effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
