Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and suppliers to ensure product readiness, quality, and continuous improvement. On-site role in Ludwigsburg, Germany.

Responsibilities

Lead new hardware products from development to scalable manufacturing.
Coordinate technical product changes across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.
Drive continuous improvements for products in production.
Identify and proactively resolve technical, operational, and supply chain risks.
Support product launches and production ramp-ups with cross-functional teams.
Build trusted relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies across multiple teams.
Remove obstacles and create alignment to keep projects moving.
Contribute to more efficient processes and ways of working.

Requirements

Engineering background in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience managing product development projects from prototype to serial production for complex hardware.
Strong understanding of hardware development, supplier collaboration, and manufacturing processes.
Experience with technically sophisticated products in CleanTech, Battery Technology, Consumer Electronics, Robotics, Industrial Equipment, Medical Devices, or similar.
Hands-on, proactive problem-solving mindset.
High ownership and ability to advance projects in ambiguous situations.
Collaborative working style and excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Willingness to travel regularly to manufacturing partners.
Fluent English.
