Responsibilities

Develop and implement product and innovation projects from idea to successful market launch
Identify and evaluate market, food, and consumer trends, and derive new product and concept ideas
Further develop and steer a structured innovation process including evaluation, piloting, and implementation
Develop economically viable innovation concepts considering customer benefits, operational feasibility, and margin targets
Coordinate pilot projects and cross-site roll-outs, and continuously optimize based on data and feedback
Work closely with marketing, purchasing, and supply chain to ensure scalable and successfully implementable innovations
Develop business cases and monitor the performance of new products and initiatives
Promote an innovation culture through workshops, idea exchange, and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

Completed business degree or comparable training
Experience in food innovation, product or concept development, and project implementation from idea to market launch
