Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital parking solutions, managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder coordination. Lead cross-functional teams including installation and CRM, and drive process improvements. Required: proven project management skills, customer orientation, technical understanding of hardware/construction, and fluency in German and English.
Responsibilities
- Ensure successful delivery of fully functional, high-quality digital parking solutions to customers, making both technical and organizational decisions.
- Collaborate with sales for a smooth kick-off and handover, and align with CRM for a seamless transition to customer support.
- Lead the project management process, coordinating internal teams (e.g., installation) and external service providers.
- Contribute actively to internal projects of varying complexity, supporting the Operations team and the broader organization.
- Take ownership of (parts of) goal targets, drive initiatives, and bring them to completion with cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business, real estate management, engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent vocational training.
- Good understanding of technical hardware and construction processes.
- Systematic, process-oriented project management experience coordinating various stakeholders.
- Strong customer and results orientation with a proactive, responsible work style.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor.
- Very good proficiency in German and English (both required).
