Responsibilities

Translate business strategy into IT demand and project roadmap for assigned units.
Serve as primary IT contact for business leaders, capturing requirements and opportunities.
Steer demand and portfolio management, ensuring initiatives are scoped, prioritized, funded, and staffed.
Co-sponsor key IT projects, monitor scope, budget, timeline; drive UAT, change management, and go-live readiness.
Analyze processes, services, and KPIs to derive improvement measures, focusing on compliance and information security.

Requirements

Several years of experience as IT Business Partner, IT Consultant, Product Owner, or similar role, ideally in healthcare.
Excellent academic degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, or related field.
Deep understanding of business/IT architectures, applications, infrastructure, integration, and security.
Confident use of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methods and tools like Jira, Confluence, MS 365.
Fluent German and business-proficient English.
