Join a logistics SaaS company that simplifies shipping for businesses through multi-carrier platforms. As a Technical Product Owner, you will own the roadmap for customer APIs, drive API migration, and manage carrier integrations. You will collaborate across product, engineering, and business to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and strategically develop the roadmap for customer APIs across platform generations.
  • Drive the migration of API customers to the next-generation platform, identifying required features and carrier integrations.
  • Serve as the technical contact for API customers, supporting issue analysis and resolution.
  • Co-lead the evolution of the Unified Carrier Interface with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze carrier feature and service requirements, prepare them for engineering, and support QA in defining test cases.
  • Engage directly with carriers to clarify technical requirements and integration specifics.
  • After go-live, take ownership of the Unified Financial Platform, managing its backlog and ongoing development.
  • Oversee the existing HubSpot integration, prioritizing adjustments based on business needs and feedback.
  • Align engineering, business stakeholders, carriers, and external partners, ensuring clear requirements, priorities, and decisions.

Requirements

  • Technical background in software engineering, computer science, or several years working at the product-engineering interface.
  • Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally with APIs, platforms, or technical integrations.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, API design, versioning, and migration strategies; able to lead technical discussions with engineers.
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, balancing technical and business requirements.
  • Comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams and shifting priorities while maintaining focus.
  • Collaborative mindset, experienced in cross-location teamwork.
  • Interest in AI tools and digital solutions to improve processes and workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience in logistics, parcel, or freight tech, especially with carrier API integrations.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or CRM integrations, or financial and invoicing systems.
