Join a fast-growing AI SaaS company in Berlin as a Technical Product Manager. You will own product operations, analytics, and discovery, working cross-functionally to bring structure to a fast-moving environment. Ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience in product operations or technical product management who is excited about AI.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, GTM, and Professional Services to coordinate feature delivery, releases, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Build and maintain product analytics, dashboards, and reporting using tools like PostHog to measure adoption, quality, and business impact.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback from calls, support, and internal teams to support product discovery and prioritization.
- Write clear product requirements, release notes, and internal documentation that enable teams to execute efficiently.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve product workflows, reduce manual work, and help the team move faster.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Product Management, Product Management, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Strong operational instincts; you enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned and accountable.
- Technically comfortable, with experience working alongside engineers and familiarity with APIs, product analytics, and technical tooling.
- Customer-oriented, with the ability to translate customer feedback into clear product requirements and actionable insights.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills, with a high bar for organization and attention to detail.
- AI-native and excited to use tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatGPT to improve how you and your team work.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL or Python.
