As a Senior Product Specialist for Agentic AI in Retail, you will drive the development of an AI-powered store associate app—a mobile-first tool that helps frontline retail workers handle replenishment, order fulfillment, and customer support. You will join an AI-native squad where AI agents run 24/7 alongside the team, enabling rapid iteration cycles. Working closely with engineering, design, and retail co-innovation customers across multiple countries, you will take ideas from concept to production, shaping the product vision while actively contributing to building, testing, and refining what ships.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of an AI-powered store associate app for frontline retail workers.
- Join an AI-native squad where AI agents run 24/7 alongside the team.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and retail co-innovation customers across multiple countries.
- Take ideas from concept to production, shaping the product vision.
- Actively contribute to building, testing, and refining the product.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in product roles within retail tech or enterprise software.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy in small, autonomous squads.
- Proven ability to engage directly with customers and ground solutions in operational realities.
- Strong interest in frontline-worker UX in high-paced environments.
- Ability to translate observations into requirements and user stories.
- Solid technical fluency: cloud-native architectures, AI fundamentals, and agentic AI system concepts.
- Experience using product analytics and experimentation to inform decisions and validate hypotheses.
- Proficiency with modern tooling: Figma, Jira, Confluence (or similar).
- German language proficiency is required; strong English communication skills.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business AI.
