Seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to help define trust for next-generation AI systems. You will build a product suite providing AI agents with verifiable identity, policy guardrails, and real-time observability, enabling secure, governed production deployments. This role offers close collaboration with engineering, ownership of product direction, and the chance to shape meaningful products in a hybrid Berlin environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with engineers to define and refine solutions from concept to production, understanding trade-offs and guiding decisions.
  • Drive focused, outcome-oriented delivery by balancing user needs, market context, and execution speed, iterating based on feedback and measurable outcomes.
  • Take ownership of ambiguous areas, structure problems into clear, actionable paths, and maintain momentum as direction evolves.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap definition, aligning short-term priorities with long-term platform thinking and making thoughtful trade-offs.
  • Collaborate across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, engaging with senior stakeholders to bring alignment and clarity.
  • Understand developer workflows and pain points to improve integration, usability, and the overall product experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management with a strong technical background.
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs, systems, and integrations.
  • Proven track record of delivering products in close collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Comfortable understanding system design and operation, able to engage in technical discussions and evaluate trade-offs.
  • Willingness to go into detail by reviewing flows, investigating issues, or clarifying implementation approaches.
  • Ability to take ownership from problem to outcome, work with ambiguity, and combine structured thinking with a bias toward action.
  • Effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences, with experience building alignment among highly engaged stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to identity, distributed systems, or similar domains.
  • Experience in fast-paced, product-led environments.

Benefits

  • A team that values ownership, quality, and speed.
  • Close collaboration between product and engineering.
  • Hybrid working model in Berlin with flexible hours.
  • Unlimited vacation.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • A strong environment to learn, build, and have impact.
