Join a leading digital banking platform to define and execute the strategy for core payment systems. You will own the product lifecycle for scheme integrations, driving stability, scalability, and compliance across European markets.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle for payment scheme integrations and platform components such as SEPA, SWIFT, and alternative payment methods.
- Define and drive the product roadmap from ideation through implementation and continuous improvement.
- Lead the integration of new payment rails and features based on business data, customer insights, and company strategy.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build intuitive and compliant payment journeys.
- Manage scoping and prioritization to deliver high-impact features, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision.
- Serve as the primary cross-functional contact for Compliance, Treasury, Operations, and Finance to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Monitor and optimize the product funnel using data to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in fintech, banking, PSP, or online retail.
- Hands-on experience with payment scheme integrations (e.g., SEPA, SWIFT, FPS, or local rails).
- Proven track record of launching platform or backend-heavy products in a regulated environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to dive into technical specifications, flows, and payment data.
- Strong understanding of product prioritization and stakeholder management.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across disciplines and cultures.
- Educational background in STEM, business, or economics; MBA or MS is a plus.
- Strong grasp of agile product development and delivery.
