Senior Product Manager II, Menu Planning

Responsibilities
- Own the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for menu planning, translating partner needs into prioritized initiatives with clear business impact.
- Build scalable systems and data foundations for menu versioning, regionality, and customization to support a larger, more personalized assortment.
- Leverage AI and machine learning to automate menu and editorial workflows and improve assortment decisions, partnering with data science from concept to production.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and senior stakeholders across major markets to gather requirements, align direction, and secure buy-in for strategic bets.
- Apply a data-driven approach using qualitative and quantitative signals to validate hypotheses, prioritize, and measure outcomes.
- Champion product craft as the hands-on expert for menu planning, raising the bar on discovery, prioritization, and execution across the tribe.
Requirements
- Seasoned product experience building and scaling technical or platform products, ideally with operational or supply-chain complexity.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shape strategy in undefined problem spaces without waiting for predefined solutions.
- Data-driven decision-making, comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative signals to validate hypotheses, prioritize, and prove impact.
- Fluency working alongside engineers, designers, and data professionals, with understanding of technical trade-offs and AI/ML application to real workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with ability to align and influence partners at all levels and steer cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
- Proven ability to structure multifaceted problems into actionable parts.
