Responsibilities
- Own the regulatory product roadmap and scale it to enterprise readiness.
- Stay close to customers to understand regulatory experts' workflows and identify high-impact friction points.
- Prioritize incremental improvements that reduce workflow friction while exploring transformative product directions.
- Collaborate tightly with engineering and customer success to drive ideas from discovery to shipped and adopted.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Proven experience taking a B2B product from early traction to scaled adoption.
- Experience with workflow-heavy or domain-specialist tools (e.g., regulatory, legal, compliance, finance).
- Ability to break complex problems into structured, executable steps.
- Strong personal organization and ability to own workload in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AI-first or AI-enabled products.
- Experience in both small startups and larger scale-ups.
- Background in business, strategy, or consulting before product management.
- Industry experience in medtech or pharma.
- German language skills.
