Join a product team at a leading home services marketplace to grow the top of the funnel. Own the homeowner acquisition domain, driving organic and paid channels, conversion optimization, and service request quality. Work cross-functionally to shape strategy and deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Shape domain strategy, vision, and roadmap for homeowner acquisition, balancing organic and paid channels with a focus on growing organic share.
  • Improve conversion along the homeowner journey and raise the quality of service requests handed to matching.
  • Grow sustainable, unpaid acquisition through SEO, AI search optimization, and scalable systems.
  • Design and analyze high-traffic conversion experiments to lift conversion and data quality.
  • Build a robust architecture and foundation for the acquisition experience, ensuring scalability and readiness for automated qualification.
  • Identify and implement AI opportunities to enhance homeowner experience and qualification processes, from prompt experiments to shipped features.
  • Drive continuous product discovery using qualitative and quantitative data to make evidence-based, outcome-driven decisions.
  • Communicate complex system and data topics clearly, fostering collaboration across Product, Tech, Analytics, UX, SEO, Content, and Sales.
  • Balance long-term strategic goals with short-term trade-offs, managing backlog and collaborating closely with Engineering and Design.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building organic acquisition with SEO fundamentals (topical authority, local SEO, structured data, page performance) and understanding of AI-driven search changes.
  • Experience optimizing complex user funnels and conversion flows using experimentation (A/B testing) and data.
  • Strong analytical thinking and product analytics skills to define success measures and guide evidence-based decisions.
  • Technical affinity to shape acquisition and conversion architecture, understanding data models, taxonomies, APIs, and data flows.
  • Daily practice with LLMs, demonstrating how they strengthen discovery, analysis, and delivery; ideally experience with production-grade AI features.
  • Ability to bring order to diverse perspectives and priorities, establishing shared understanding and alignment across teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of responsibility and ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
