Join a leading HR platform company to drive the vision and execution of payroll automation. You will work cross-functionally to deliver compliant, user-friendly payroll software, leveraging market insights and data to shape strategy in a hybrid role based in Munich or Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the market, customers, and their needs.
- Analyze user feedback and usage data from qualitative and quantitative sources.
- Create and align teams around strategic goals, KPIs, and product roadmaps.
- Plan and execute a product roadmap based on a prioritized backlog.
- Lead complex product topics that span across domain boundaries.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to decompose problems and write clear specifications.
- Manage product delivery in an agile setting and guide sprint activities.
Requirements
- Native German speaker.
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a B2B or B2C multi-product company.
- Experience developing global customer-facing products.
- Proven track record of navigating complex product areas using data and user insights.
- Success in launching and scaling platform-backed products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data for business cases and OKRs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a bias for action and accountability.

- Background in fintech, accounting software, or compliance-heavy product domains.
