Regional Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead new product introductions in the EMEA region, developing effective go-to-market strategies and supporting sales and marketing with targeted tools.
- Monitor competitive activities and market trends, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding requirements and providing suitable solutions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve and innovate industrial connectors.
- Develop the EMEA product strategy by adapting the global product roadmap to regional market needs and dynamics.
- Support regional pricing strategy and margin improvement initiatives through data analysis, value positioning, and competitive benchmarking.
- Work with engineering and operations to ensure product availability, quality, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing in an industrial environment.
- Technical understanding of connectors and industrial applications.
- Knowledge of the EMEA market, including industry trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape in industrial automation and electrification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market opportunities and economic performance, and to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships.
- Fluent English skills.
- Strong customer orientation and solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20-25%.
