Join a global industrial technology company as a Regional Product Manager for EMEA. Drive regional growth, manage product launches, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative connectivity solutions for industrial automation and electrification markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new product introductions in the EMEA region, developing effective go-to-market strategies and supporting sales and marketing with targeted tools.
  • Monitor competitive activities and market trends, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding requirements and providing suitable solutions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve and innovate industrial connectors.
  • Develop the EMEA product strategy by adapting the global product roadmap to regional market needs and dynamics.
  • Support regional pricing strategy and margin improvement initiatives through data analysis, value positioning, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Work with engineering and operations to ensure product availability, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing in an industrial environment.
  • Technical understanding of connectors and industrial applications.
  • Knowledge of the EMEA market, including industry trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape in industrial automation and electrification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market opportunities and economic performance, and to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20-25%.
