Take end-to-end ownership of a system components portfolio for residential and light commercial applications. Drive product vision, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative climate and energy solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop the existing portfolio by defining a clear vision based on market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
- Gather, prioritize, and maintain requirements from customer pain points and needs to optimize new and existing system components.
- Continuously monitor market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitors.
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, quality, service, procurement, and external partners.
- Conduct profitability analyses, pricing, volume estimations, and portfolio optimization.
- Prepare, plan, present, and support product launch projects.
Requirements
- Completed degree in plant or building technology (Bachelor/Master of Engineering).
- Several years of professional experience in plant or building technology.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in plant technology.
- Very good technical understanding and basic electrical knowledge.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and high team and cooperation ability.
- Structured, goal-oriented working style with initiative and sense of responsibility.
