Take ownership of a cloud platform for access control, access management, and time tracking. You will define the roadmap, prioritize features, and work closely with development to scale the product. This role offers autonomy and direct impact in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously prioritize the product roadmap based on value, effort, and market opportunity
- Define and refine requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria and manageable release scopes
- Maintain the backlog in GitHub and collaborate directly with the development team in sprint cycles
- Understand system architecture including multi-tenancy, role and permission models, IAM integration via OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, and connectors to Entra ID, SAP, and HR systems
- Discuss feasibility, dependencies, and technical debt with engineering and software architecture on equal footing
- Shape the user experience considering how AI may transform front-end interactions, from click paths to conversational interfaces
- Use AI tools daily for prototyping, user story generation, analysis, backlog refinement, and condensing customer feedback
- Build clickable prototypes independently to accelerate decision-making
- Proactively engage with stakeholders across management, sales, marketing, project teams, and support to ensure transparency and alignment
- Gather and translate customer feedback and support inquiries into product decisions
- Participate in customer meetings and maintain regular on-site presence in Munich to foster collaboration
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager for a software product, including at least two years with full ownership through relevant maturity stages
- Familiarity with cloud and SaaS architectures, APIs, and data models; ability to read interface specifications independently
- Practical, demonstrable experience using AI in daily work, with awareness of its limitations
- Fluent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English
- Awareness of information security principles (ISO 27001)
