Product Owner Credit Card Management

Join a digital banking unit serving over 30 million users to drive credit card issuing solutions. You will own the product lifecycle, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure quality and stability in a hybrid agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the credit card management products and solutions across the entire lifecycle from application to cancellation
  • Structure and steer projects in credit card issuing, managing requirements, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Coordinate task distribution within the squad and act as the interface between clients and service providers
  • Identify risks early, resolve dependencies, and ensure smooth collaboration across locations
  • Organize and document project progress and control implementation to establish a solid foundation for successful delivery
  • Serve as the central point of contact for credit card issuing, guaranteeing quality, stability, and seamless functionality

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) informatics, (bank) business administration, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in credit card business and issuing, including leading interdisciplinary projects
  • Proven expertise in both classic and agile project management methodologies
  • Strong skills in stakeholder, risk, and change management
  • Deep understanding of interfaces, processes, and IT systems in the credit card domain
  • Business-fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
