Join a digital banking unit serving over 30 million users to drive credit card issuing solutions. You will own the product lifecycle, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure quality and stability in a hybrid agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the credit card management products and solutions across the entire lifecycle from application to cancellation
- Structure and steer projects in credit card issuing, managing requirements, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Coordinate task distribution within the squad and act as the interface between clients and service providers
- Identify risks early, resolve dependencies, and ensure smooth collaboration across locations
- Organize and document project progress and control implementation to establish a solid foundation for successful delivery
- Serve as the central point of contact for credit card issuing, guaranteeing quality, stability, and seamless functionality
Requirements
- Degree in (business) informatics, (bank) business administration, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in credit card business and issuing, including leading interdisciplinary projects
- Proven expertise in both classic and agile project management methodologies
- Strong skills in stakeholder, risk, and change management
- Deep understanding of interfaces, processes, and IT systems in the credit card domain
- Business-fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
