Responsibilities
- Own requirements, priorities, and product goals within the portfolio
- Translate customer, user, and market needs into clear, prioritized backlogs
- Continuously evaluate the value, impact, and sequencing of initiatives
- Actively gather feedback and derive sound product decisions
- Implement product strategy in collaboration with business development and stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, in product management, or in a software/ERP environment
- Leadership experience is advantageous
- Strong understanding of prioritization, value argumentation, and team collaboration
- Excellent communication and moderation skills
- Interest in agile methodologies and working with agile roles (e.g., Agile Master)
- Completed vocational training or a university degree
