Seeking a technically-minded Product Manager to own the internal platforms that enable rapid, compliant financial product launches. Join a dynamic FinTech company disrupting core banking with modular, automated solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy and execution for self-service product configuration tools, enabling regional teams to launch or modify financial products without engineering intervention.
  • Define and execute the roadmap for core product infrastructure, including orchestration of transactional and gateway data flows.
  • Maintain and scale the central product catalog, ensuring high system availability and data integrity for financial features, rates, limits, and fees.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to continuously improve platform architecture aligned with global business goals.
  • Work with local market teams, legal, operations, and compliance to embed automated compliance guardrails into the product framework.
  • Oversee technical relationships and integrations with third-party core banking providers and external financial vendors.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech, modern banking, or a complex platform/API-driven ecosystem.
  • Strong familiarity with backend architectures, relational databases, system integrations, and building internal API products.
  • Proven experience with centralized digital product catalogs, configuration engines, or complex financial orchestration systems.
  • Undergraduate degree in a STEM field, Business, or Economics.
  • Autonomous, adaptive operator with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong bias for action, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of agile product development, continuous integration, and scalable delivery practices.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience managing high-engagement third-party vendors and aligning external roadmaps with internal engineering goals.
  • MBA, MS, or equivalent advanced degree.
