Product Manager (m/f/d) eHealth
Join a Berlin-based HealthTech company with over 25 years of experience in specialized practice software and telematics solutions for psychotherapeutic practices. As a Product Manager, you will drive the strategic and operational development of the practice management system, ensuring compliance with evolving telematics infrastructure and delivering real value to therapists and patients.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic and operational development of the practice management system, from user requirements and roadmap to release.
- Make decisions based on user interviews, market observation, and regulatory requirements, and communicate them clearly to the team.
- Act as the interface between software development, UX, and business departments, creating clarity and solution-oriented approaches.
- Evaluate and integrate AI functionalities into existing workflows, from conception to evaluation.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional product team that values direct communication and shared decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in a regulated environment such as eHealth, FinTech, or GovTech.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile structures.
- Deep technical understanding to independently elaborate requirements both functionally and technically, working on equal footing with development.
- Proficiency with Jira and Figma.
- German language skills at C1 level or higher, as user interactions, regulatory documents, and internal communication are conducted in German.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with AI-supported product development, such as vibe coding, prompt engineering, or spec-driven engineering in product concepts.
- Background in health informatics, medical management, or psychology.
