Responsibilities
- Manage global tracheostomy product portfolio
- Develop portfolio based on product and market performance
- Create and maintain portfolio and pipeline overviews
- Develop risk mitigation solutions and manage escalations
- Lead and participate in international projects
- Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence
- Support global market communications
- Collaborate with global teams and sales units
- Manage third-party product portfolio and business case development
- Prepare and support contract negotiations with procurement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, business, healthcare, or natural sciences
- 3-5 years of international product/portfolio management experience in regulated environments
- Project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with regulatory requirements (ISO 13485)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent English (C1) and good German (B1)
