Product Manager, Billing Platform

Responsibilities
- Build solutions for finance, billing, and financial services, owning the end-to-end experience including human and software-powered services.
- Lead complex solutions autonomously, managing internal expectations and navigating prioritization decisions.
- Develop and drive product roadmap and strategy for the billing area, aligning with company goals.
- Break down strategic plans into near- and mid-term goals, ensuring clarity for stakeholders.
- Act as subject matter expert for the billing product area, contributing to scaling and growth plans.
- Ship improvements quickly and iteratively, challenging the team to find minimal solutions.
- Support and lead a product team to achieve high throughput and return on investment.
- Understand key business KPIs and align team metrics to improve them.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems.
- Communicate and promote team work internally and externally, sharing techniques and learnings.
- Work asynchronously and transparently, contributing to tactical and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a product manager in billing, invoicing, or similar, ideally at a high-growth company.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to autonomously build, debug, and ship prototypes or code changes.
- Strong judgment in strategic prioritization and tactical feature scoping.
- Demonstrable, self-driven results that have positively moved a product forward.
- Passion for creating seamless products that address complex challenges.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across departments like business operations and sales.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
