Product Manager - Aftermarket, Spare Parts & Webshop
Responsible for managing the aftermarket spare parts portfolio, developing pricing strategies, and optimizing the webshop as the central sales channel. Drive digitalization projects and process improvements, and use KPI-based control to measure effectiveness. Analyze market, competition, and dealer network to identify opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Continuously analyze market, competition, and dealer network for spare parts management to identify potential and strategic fields of action.
- Develop the spare parts portfolio, integrate new products, conduct active portfolio management, and monitor market and customer requirements.
- Ensure a market-oriented pricing strategy and high availability in the after sales area.
- Optimize and control the webshop as a central sales instrument, including assortment strategy, pricing, user experience, system requirements, and performance KPIs.
- Implement innovative after sales actions through close cross-departmental coordination, always aligned with customer and market requirements.
- Initiate and support cross-departmental projects for digitalization and process optimization in the spare parts business, and control the effectiveness of all measures through a KPI-based control system.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training or a degree.
- Strong technical competence and enthusiasm for new products.
- Solid experience in product management, ideally in the aftermarket of a comparable industry.
- Very good analytical skills, high digital affinity, and experience in project management.
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and confident handling of various interfaces.
- Structured and proactive work style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
