Product Manager
Join a global software company specializing in construction and real estate solutions. As a Product Manager, you will drive the strategy for a civil engineering product, working with CAD-based planning and billing processes. Collaborate with international teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze customer requirements with a focus on CAD-supported planning and billing processes
- Specify development requirements and validate implementations
- Analyze guidelines and assess their feasibility within the product
- Create test scenarios and conduct application tests
- Collaborate with the development center in Guangzhou, China
- Support pilot customers in development partnerships
- Provide sales support through online or on-site presentations
Requirements
- Completed degree or technical training with a focus on civil engineering (e.g., civil engineering, surveying)
- Strong knowledge of CAD-based workflows and a good understanding of billing procedures in infrastructure or civil engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating system environments
- Independent and quality-oriented work style
- Good communication and expression skills
- Interest in international teamwork
- Willingness and interest in committee work (e.g., FGSV, BuildingSmart)
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
Nice to have
- User experience with the RIB Civil software solution
- Experience in infrastructure planning, road/rail design, or surveying
