Drive product innovation and manage the portfolio for a sports nutrition brand. You will lead product development from concept to launch, leveraging market and consumer insights in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify innovation opportunities by combining market, competitor, trend, and consumer insights
  • Develop creative product concepts, evaluate market and growth potential, and set clear priorities
  • Manage national and international product development independently from idea to launch, collaborating closely with brand management, sales, design, procurement, and R&D
  • Oversee the entire implementation process, tracking milestones, decisions, and timelines with internal and external interfaces

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, nutritional sciences, sports sciences, or a comparable field
  • Experience independently managing product launches, with relevant professional experience in FMCG, food, or sports nutrition
  • Passion for strong brands, nutrition, sports, and current consumer trends
  • Ability to combine analytical thinking with creativity to develop compelling and feasible product ideas from insights
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to drive topics independently while aligning different interests into viable decisions
  • Assertiveness, structured working style, and entrepreneurial thinking
