Product Manager
Join a growing technology company in Düsseldorf that is redefining property management with a modern SaaS platform. As a Product Manager, you will drive product vision, manage core modules, and deliver real value to users through digitalization and user-centric features.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs, identify requirements, and translate them into a clear product roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and market demands.
- Conduct continuous product discovery through structured customer interviews, jobs-to-be-done analysis, and rapid prototyping to eliminate risks early.
- Define, prioritize, and deliver features that simplify property management and provide real value.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from user story creation to implementation and launch of new features.
- Own measurable product goals for your module areas and use data and user feedback to validate product decisions.
- Work closely with engineering and design to deliver user-friendly, performant, and compliant solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure best practices and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, customer success, and marketing for release planning, coordination, and follow-up.
- Analyze key KPIs and user feedback to continuously improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business, computer science, or equivalent education, ideally with further training or experience in accounting/tax.
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a SaaS environment.
- Understanding of German property management processes, either through personal experience as a landlord or practical work in a property management company, including knowledge of rent accounting, dunning, operating and heating cost billing (BKA), DATEV interfaces, and relevant legal foundations.
- Analytical strength, structured working style, and a sense for excellent user experiences.
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and a hands-on mentality.
- Proficiency with modern PM tools: product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude), prototyping & research (e.g., Figma, Google AI Studio), and AI-supported workflows.
- Good sense of design principles and usability; own design experience is a plus.
- Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
