Responsible for software product quality and testing, including planning and conducting tests, developing test processes, and organizing test cycles. Analyze and prioritize customer requirements, design intuitive user interfaces, and act as a liaison between development, support, marketing, and customers. Work in an agile, collaborative environment with a focus on continuous improvement and user-centric design.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct software tests and further develop test processes
- Build and organize test procedures for new features and software releases
- Analyze and prioritize customer requirements and develop feasible solutions
- Design new user interface concepts and intuitive UIs
- Support communication of product news and technical topics
- Act as interface between development, support, marketing, and customers for smooth communication
Requirements
- Completed degree in Media Informatics or a comparable field
- Strong quality awareness and meticulous work style
- Logical, structured, and analytical thinking
- Persistence and ability to consistently pursue tasks
- Interest in software and technical contexts
- Ability to understand complex topics and present them simply
- Independent working style and willingness to take responsibility
- Good communication skills and enjoyment in team work
Nice to have
- Experience in software testing
- Product management experience in a technical field
