ERP Product Manager
Seeking an ERP Product Manager to own the supply chain roadmap, focusing on returns and claims processes. You will bridge operational teams and technical ERP teams, driving scalable, customer-centric solutions within a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central environment at a retail and luxury goods company.
Responsibilities
- Develop the supply chain strategy and own the customer-focused roadmap for lean supply chain features aligned with business units.
- Manage the end-to-end process for sales return orders and claims, optimizing return initiation in the eCommerce frontend and processing in the ERP (goods receipt, evaluation, restocking), as well as standardizing claims processes (e.g., damaged goods, warranty).
- Translate supply chain workflows and business goals into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.
- Lead projects from conception to go-live, including stakeholder management, risk assessment, and ensuring timely rollouts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional tech teams and relevant stakeholders to create sustainable and scalable end-to-end processes.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally with proven expertise in supply chain, returns, and claims processes.
- Solid professional experience with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV / Business Central is a strong plus, particularly with functional expertise in Trade & Logistics modules (purchasing, sales, warehouse management, shipping, returns).
- Ability to clearly visualize and document complex multi-system flows.
- Strong understanding of how ERP systems interact with eCommerce landscapes.
- Solution- and implementation-oriented mindset, combining strategic perspective with a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
- Experience in training non-technical teams or business units on new processes and ensuring high adoption rates.
Benefits
- Flexible and hybrid work model with the option to bring your dog to the office, work on the rooftop terrace, or work temporarily from abroad within the EU, plus sabbatical opportunities.
- Annual free eye health check at one of the company stores.
- Subsidized Wellhub membership after probation and access to OpenUp for mental health support.
- Exclusive vouchers: a 200 € voucher for a pair of glasses from the company's range upon starting, plus an annual anniversary voucher, and up to 40% discount on the entire product range.
- 50% subsidy for public transport or a discounted bike through a leasing partner after probation.
- 10 paid leave days per year (for a 5-day week) for parents to care for children up to 12 years old in case of illness.
- Employer contributions to the company pension scheme.
- Diversity and equal opportunities: a culture of open feedback where every contribution is valued, regardless of background, gender, religion, disability, age, or identity.
