Join a global renewable energy company to define and manage cybersecurity service products. You will translate regulations and customer needs into scalable offerings, drive product roadmaps, and support cross-functional teams in bringing secure solutions to market.
Responsibilities
- Translate global cybersecurity legislation, standards, and customer expectations into clear service requirements and designs.
- Ensure service perspectives are integrated into technical solution development and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
- Bring scalable, standardized cybersecurity service products to market with a focus on efficiency, risk optimization, and value creation.
- Produce technical documentation and contribute to commercial and customer-facing materials.
- Shape a long-term service roadmap aligned with business strategy and stakeholder expectations.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends, and package technical elements into compelling, market-relevant offerings.
- Support product launches, lead internal trainings, and act as a subject matter expert for sales teams.
- Contribute cybersecurity expertise throughout the product lifecycle and assist in responding to customer and sales inquiries.
Requirements
- Experience in a commercially oriented cybersecurity position.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, SCADA, digital products, and cybersecurity.
- Education in Computer Science, IT, OT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of global cybersecurity standards.
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Passion for the renewable energy industry and cybersecurity.
- Ability to lead the technical and commercial definition of competitive products.
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategies that deliver results.
- Sharp technological aptitude with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to general audiences.
