Join a global food technology company to lead product design for a premium direct-to-consumer meat and seafood subscription brand. You will own the full UX direction, from strategy and research to high-fidelity execution, working in a cross-functional squad to shape the consumer experience and influence the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consumer UX design from concept to shipped product, maintaining high quality across all touchpoints.
- Influence product strategy and roadmap by bringing evidence-backed consumer insights into squad planning and challenging priorities.
- Deliver high-fidelity UI, interaction design, motion, and UX writing, setting a high craft bar for the team.
- Conduct lightweight user research independently and collaborate with central UX research teams on complex studies, translating findings into design direction.
- Integrate AI tools into the design workflow for synthesis, discovery, rapid prototyping, and design-to-code tasks.
- Contribute to UX copy and brief content design experts when deeper support is needed, ensuring clarity and precision in language.
Requirements
- Experience designing consumer-facing products with a strong understanding of user decision-making and retention.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to define problems, reframe briefs, and influence roadmap priorities through evidence.
- Mastery of Figma and high-fidelity UI, interaction design, motion, and micro-interactions.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, owning strategy, research, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills, with experience presenting and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in user research, including framing questions, running lightweight studies, and collaborating with research experts.
- Active use of AI tools in live project work for synthesis, discovery, prototyping, and design-to-code.

- Experience in subscription-based or e-commerce products.
- Understanding of front-end constraints to collaborate effectively with engineers.
