We seek a Full-Stack Developer with 4-5+ years of experience and AI coding tool skills to build and maintain scalable web apps on-site in Addis Ababa. Responsibilities include developing, debugging, integrating APIs, and collaborating with teams. Full-time.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable web applications
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Integrate APIs, databases, and AI services
- Debug and optimize existing applications
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams
- Follow secure coding best practices
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with modern frontend and backend development
- Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding tools
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, Git, and cloud environments
- Ability to independently troubleshoot technical problems
- Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
