Lead the R&D organization and development teams of a leading gaming company. Responsible for technical strategy, architecture, and large-scale product development, with a focus on integrating advanced AI, including Agentic AI. Work closely with Product, executives, and business teams. Relocate to Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the R&D organization and development teams.
- Drive technical decisions, architecture, and development processes.
- Lead development of complex, large-scale products and systems.
- Collaborate with Product, management, and business teams.
- Lead AI initiatives, including Agentic AI, and integrate them into products.
- Establish workflows and foster a technological culture in a fast-paced, global environment.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading development teams and R&D organizations.
- Strong technical background with Node.js, React, Microservices, and AWS.
- Significant experience in AI, including practical experience with Agentic AI (must).
- Experience building and leading large-scale systems and products.
- High leadership abilities, capable of leading people, technology, and processes.
- Very high proficiency in English for an international environment.
Nice to have
- Previous VP R&D experience not required; open to Tech Lead or Engineering Lead with significant experience ready for next step.
