Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategy for safety solutions.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to shape the product roadmap.
  • Collect and confirm features for engineering design.
  • Serve as product expert to support sales and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver product launches across diverse markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing on messaging and differentiation.
  • Incorporate customer feedback to drive product improvement.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Background in product design, manufacturing, training, or project management preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in business development or project management.
  • Strategic thinking with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator with relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in internet research and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and clean abstract.
  • Ability to travel within Canada, the USA, and internationally.
